Join Our Team as a Solution Engineering Enablement Partner to Drive Growth

In this role, you will support our growing team in APJ by building and implementing critical enablement programs. These programs must equip our sales organization with the necessary content, training, and resources to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage enablement programs that drive sales success.
  • Establish yourself as a key member of the extended leadership team.
  • Contribute to the definition and development of the Global SE Enablement plan.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team to refine the onboarding program.
  • Build strategic partnerships to align with internal and cross-functional SMEs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional business acumen.
  • Deep technical expertise in database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs.
  • Ability to lead through influence and manage competing priorities.
