As a passionate and driven Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing growth plans for the allocated territory and implementing and executing these growth plans, including sufficient processes to measure the success of the growth. You will execute the Account Manager Plan and collaborate with other sales staff towards an annual budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective visit plans to drive business growth and ensure aggressive goal achievement
- Ensure prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to support effective forecasting
- Produce and own Forecasts for Order Intake with alignment from the Sales Excellence Business Partner
- Work closely with Service Centers and management to understand the WIP, quoting and order management to identify opportunities for improvement and jointly develop plans to deliver on these opportunities
Experience
- Previous experience within Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, Large Electric Motor Service, Turbine required
- 5+ Years' experience in sales/customer service roles
- 5+ years experience with Electrical / Mechanical products
- Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office packages and CRM databases
- Strong communication skills
- High-level negotiation skills
- High-level skills in time management
- Ability to engage and work with others
- Travel ~ > 30% of time
- Ability to quickly develop and interpret technical data
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, plus site allowances for fieldwork, technical training & development, on-site car parking, Employee Assistance Program, and Sulzer in motion Health and Wellbeing program.
