CARS24 Australia is a pioneering auto-tech company that's transforming the car buying experience. As our Business Development Director for Ancillary Products, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our revenue streams through strategic leadership and innovative product development.

We're looking for a seasoned executive who can drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence across our Ancillary Products portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive national strategy to scale our Ancillary Products, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Product Launch & Scaling: Lead the development, piloting, and nationwide rollout of new product lines, fostering innovation and customer-centricity throughout the process.
  • P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the financial performance of our Ancillary Products, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, cost management, and resource optimization.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage operations personnel to ensure seamless execution and delivery of various Ancillary Products, upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Ancillary Products seamlessly into the customer journey, enhancing overall customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to expand service offerings, ensuring exceptional quality and meeting customer expectations.
  • Market Research & Insight: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs, informing data-driven decisions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve the Ancillary Products portfolio.
  • Execution Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
