Aged Care Rostering Specialist

About the Role
\This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced rostering expert to join our team at one of our aged care residences.
\The successful candidate will use their expertise to develop and maintain rosters that ensure our residents receive the best possible care, in accordance with AN-ACC funding requirements and continuity of care is optimised.
\Key responsibilities will include:
\- \
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date rosters\
- Coordinating staff availability and managing resource gaps and unallocated shifts in a timely and efficient manner\
- Liaising effectively with HRIS in relation to rostering optimisation\
- Oversight of the reception area and provision of support and guidance to other sites\
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced rostering professional who can work in a complex, fast-paced environment and has outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
