**Your New Role**

As an **Rostering Officer,**you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's and employee's well-being.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together**social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?
- Responding to a range of employee queries and rostering requests. Using UKG to roster employees and workforce plan
- Assisting managers with managing their rosters
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

Does this sound like you?
- Previous Rostering experience is ESSENTIAL in this role
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- A driver's licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 and Influenza
