About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing rosters and recruitment at Belmont Grange. You will be the first point of contact for all staff with regards to their employment. This role is the perfect opportunity for a recent HR graduate to gain experience with HR tasks including award interpretation, recruitment, performance and leave management.
This is a fast paced and dynamic role that will utilise your exceptional organisational and relationship skills. You will need to be flexible, adaptable to change and thrive on problem solving. You must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, as a key part of this role involves people management.
This is a full-time fixed term position working Monday to Friday, from February 2025 to August 2025.

Key Duties
- Develop and manage rosters
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Processing time sheets and pay queries
- Staff training and education
- Staff retention
- Terminations
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or other related field
- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
