The Role We have an exciting, fast-paced opportunity to join the Infinite Operational team in this key role.
This is a permanent full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager, based at our new aged care home in Knoxfield, Victoria.
Residential Aged Care Facilities - Our Locations | Infinite Care The primary purpose of this role is to manage and communicate all front-line employees' shifts via our centralised rostering tool in Humanforce across various shifts, ensuring operational stability for residents, families, and health professionals.
The role operates within a dynamic, supportive team committed to professionalism, quality, and efficiency, fostering a resident-centric workplace culture and representing the brand positively.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily master rosters, optimise employee availability, handle sick leave and leave requests, coordinate backfilling, and manage casual workforce and labour hire requests.
Collaborate closely with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy and system forecasting capabilities.
Lead interactions with staff regarding fortnightly allocations, roster adjustments, additional shifts, and shift availability communication.
Oversee training and access for the timekeeping system, including onboarding new employees on site-based systems.
Maintain confidentiality of rostering information in accordance with company policies and conduct standards.
Contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment within the care home, ensuring effective communication and staff engagement.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, systems, and staff engagement to enhance operational efficiency.
You will offer?Extensive experience in staff rostering, including direct, contractor, and labour hire staff.
Ability to work closely with operational teams, serving as the main point of contact for staff rostering needs.
Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with composure.
Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail in verbal and written interactions.
Current or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Experience with online rostering tools like Roster Bid Manager is highly regarded.
Ability to collaborate effectively with site administrators and rostering teams to improve staffing outcomes.
