About the Role
At Stockland Halcyon, we are seeking a highly skilled Resales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Resales Consultants team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing every step of the resales process, delivering outstanding service and ensuring Stockland Halcyon remains the preferred choice for resales.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake general administrative tasks to support the Resales Consultant team
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with community members, external contractors, and home buyers/owners
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in tasks, including HPA preparation and brochure production
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication skills
- Assist with managing and coordinating events and functions
About You
- Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service through frontline and administrative support
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management databases
- Knowledge of legal processes and statutory framework relating to sales and resales of manufactured homes is desirable
