Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our sales administration team at Real Estate Career Developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales files, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and best practices.
- Oversee vendor-paid advertising campaigns and update CRM systems, prioritizing efficient data management.
- Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale correspondence with vendors, solicitors, and tenants, maintaining open communication channels.
- Assist sales consultants with listing updates and quality control of documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and contribute to day-to-day administrative tasks, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Box & Dice, and Microsoft Office suite, staying up-to-date with software developments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and client relationships.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work efficiently under pressure, remaining composed and focused.
