Job Role Overview
  • Deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS framework
  • Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) tailored to individual client needs
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
  • Collaborate with clients, families, carers and allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Work independently while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders
  • Receive regular supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
Our Key Expectations
  • Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills
  • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support
