Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Position

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide positive behaviour support services.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists to deliver high-quality care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals and their families to identify needs through assessment and planning.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based support plans in complex environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve meaningful goals and practical strategies.
  • Ensure individual plans reflect the needs, passions, and strengths of each participant.
