Job Description

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to step into a Team Leader role, overseeing the operational management of our North and South Perth Positive Behaviour Support teams.

In this role, you will provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with AAA's standards. You will be supported by our Business Partners and Head of Operations to promote consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus on participant outcomes.

What We're Looking For :

  • Extensive experience working with and supporting clients/participants/patients across various settings.
  • Experience with clinical supervision and willingness to work across regions with potential travel.
  • Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work professionally in a collaborative leadership environment.
  • Supportive of operational (training and support) and clinical aspects to meet role requirements.

Qualifications

About You

  • Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential.
  • Significant experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally).
  • Extensive experience in positive behaviour support provision.
  • Ability to demonstrate current evidence-based clinical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
