Financial Planning and Analysis Leader">

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leader to provide strategic oversight of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This senior leadership role will provide high-level financial advice, support executive decision-making, and ensure financial strategies align with organisational objectives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a rolling three-year operating plan aligned with our organisation's strategic goals.
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide financial advice that supports sound decision-making.
  • Analyse financial implications of service changes and external funding shifts, identifying associated risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and appraise complex business cases, capital expenditure proposals, and strategic investment options.
  • Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support long-term planning and sustainability.
  • Oversee budgetary control systems, ensuring accurate and timely feedback to cost centre managers.
  • Lead the design and delivery of financial performance reporting across all divisions, including board and executive reporting.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to support programme planning, resource allocation, and performance triggers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.

About You

">
  • Experience at working at a strategic level, able to recognise direction and implications of policy.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in FP&A or corporate finance, with senior leadership experience.
  • Advanced skills in enterprise resource planning systems, business intelligence tools, and financial modelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent required.
