Job Description:

Forensicare seeks a seasoned financial professional to lead the development and implementation of a strategic financial planning framework. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a rolling three-year operating budget aligned with Forensicare's strategic goals
  • Provide high-level financial advice to support executive decision-making
  • Analyse financial implications of service changes and external funding shifts, identifying associated risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and appraise complex business cases, CAPEX proposals, and strategic investment options
  • Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support long-term planning and sustainability
  • Oversee budgetary control systems, ensuring accurate and timely feedback to cost centre managers
  • Design and deliver financial performance reporting across all divisions, including Board and Executive reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience at working at a strategic level, able to recognise direction and implications of policy
  • Advanced skills in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modelling
  • Desirable experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central and Magiq, Power BI
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
  • CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent required
