Driving Business Performance

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to lead our financial planning and analysis function. This is a key leadership role that will drive the development of our budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.

As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and advice to our Executive Leadership Team. You will also be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals who will support you in delivering these outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes;
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to the Executive Leadership Team;
  • Manage a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights;
  • Continuously improve our financial planning and analysis capabilities to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in finance and accounting with significant experience in financial planning and analysis;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights;
  • A deep understanding of business operations and the ability to translate financial information into business recommendations.
