Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our financial performance and drive strategic insights within the Pharmacy & Retail Business Units.

This role is responsible for overseeing planning, budgeting, and forecasting, delivering insightful management reporting, and supporting the development of the strategic narrative.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fast-paced, high-performing environments, with a strong ability to provide value-added commercial advice to senior management.

In addition, they will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example, and have a proven track record of building partnerships between support and business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Pharmacy & Retail Commercial Finance team
  • Deliver insightful management reporting to support business decision-making
  • Support the development of the strategic narrative and drive strategic initiatives
