About the Role

The position of Senior Scheduling Professional is available in a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for external works programs and projects, ensuring high levels of maturity and alignment with approved scheduling standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Program and Project Managers in developing and maintaining schedules within approved tools.
  • Work with Program/Project Managers to review impacts, test scenarios, and develop solutions for scheduling demands.
  • Integrate internal and external schedules into an Integrated Delivery Schedule to identify critical paths and monitor progress against agreed baselines.
  • Participate in risk control activities and complete risk schedule analysis to ensure forecast aligns to risk-adjusted outcomes.

Requirements

  • Expertise in project scheduling and Primavera (Essential) or similar scheduling tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, prioritization, time management, and self-motivation skills.
  • Collaborative and influential team player with wide-ranging stakeholders.
