Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned scheduler to manage and administer client and staff schedules with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness. This role will require effective rostering/scheduling solutions to meet the needs of our care workers in the Blue Mountains region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems for clients and staff members.
  2. Act as a centralised support team member and provide system administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.
  3. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless scheduling processes that meet quality standards and contracted hours.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre management.
  2. Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  3. Natural problem solver with exceptional communication and coordination skills.
  4. Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities to create effective scheduling solutions.
