Job Summary

As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in managing the scheduling team and overseeing resource and cost loading for major energy projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of planners and coordinate scheduling activities across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Oversee resource allocation and cost management to ensure project budgets are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working on major energy projects, preferably with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, including Primavera P6, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
