Senior Scheduler Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior scheduler to take on a leadership position in one of the largest renewable energy projects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of schedulers (2 direct reports)
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive baseline schedule using Primavera P6
  • Oversee resource and cost allocation
  • Track site execution progress, providing oversight on timely completion of key milestones
  • Review and assess subcontractor progress reports
  • Provide leadership in schedule forecasting, including creating rolling lookahead plans, assisting in tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with overall project objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in engineering or a related field
  • Experience working on major energy, oil and gas, or power generation projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and SAP
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills
