Senior Remuneration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Remuneration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our remuneration unit, you will be responsible for conducting annual reviews of remuneration across 100+ overseas missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct annual reviews of remuneration (salary and benefits) across 100+ overseas missions.
  • Apply actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments.
  • Maintain and enhance the Excel-based remuneration model (incl. PowerQuery).
  • Perform annual rollovers, remap connections, validate formulas, and improve usability.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of data, with clear documentation for audit and approvals.
  • Procure and integrate market remuneration data; liaise with external providers.
  • Manage global remuneration surveys; track and validate returns.
  • Provide high-quality advice on remuneration strategy, QA, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with overseas posts and internal teams to incorporate local context.
