Compensation Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to support our organization. This role will suit someone with strong technical expertise in HR, accounting, Excel (including PowerQuery), and the analysis of compensation and economic data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct annual reviews of compensation packages across multiple locations.
  • Apply actuarial data and market intelligence to recommend adjustments.
  • Maintain and enhance the compensation analysis model, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and ease of use.
  • Manage data inputs, documentation, and methodologies to support decision-making.
  • Lead the procurement and integration of market data from external providers.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to incorporate local context into compensation outcomes.
  • Oversee survey coordination across multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
About You / Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation analysis, HR, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery, with the ability to maintain and enhance data models.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and apply it to strategic decisions.
