Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Workers' Compensation professional to drive growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our national Workplace Risk team, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise in national Workers' Compensation to drive business results.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Workers' Compensation landscape, including regulations, best practices, and industry trends. They will also demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our insurer partners to develop and implement targeted risk improvement initiatives that minimize claims frequency and severity. You will also collaborate with our Global & Corporate and National Broking teams to identify opportunities for growth and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong technical understanding of national Workers' Compensation
