Job Description

A strategic compensation professional is sought to drive expertise in HR, accounting, data analysis and market research.

  • Develop and implement remuneration strategies for global operations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to determine salary adjustments.
  • Ensure consistency, defensibility and strategic alignment of compensation decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and enhance the department's compensation analysis model.
  2. Perform annual data rollovers, validate formulas and implement minor modifications as required.
  3. Ensure the model supports centralised data processing and scalability across all countries.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy and centralisation of all data inputs.
  • Document assumptions, rationale and methodologies used in decision-making.
  • Provide clear, defensible records for approval and audit purposes.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Collaborate with senior administration officers and heads of missions/posts at overseas missions.
  2. Provide strategic advice and support to stakeholders in complex environments.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management
  • Provide high-level professional advice on compensation strategy and methodology.
  • Identify and manage risks related to compensation decisions and data integrity.
