Learning & Development Expert

We currently have an opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee the design, coordination, and evaluation of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs that align with contractual, safety, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development of training needs analysis and associated manual
  • Establish and maintain training registers and compliance tracking systems
  • Oversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programs
  • Create and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources
  • Implement 3-month compliance and training check process
  • Establish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic review
Requirements

Proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex, operational environment is required.

Experience developing and executing training strategies, induction programs, and compliance frameworks is essential.

Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including with RTOs and industry bodies is necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and training documentation is required.

A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are essential for this role.
