Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Building and Facilities Maintenance Coordinator. In this vital role, you will use your technical expertise to drive essential outcomes in the maintenance and development of buildings and facilities across our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate routine maintenance work involving steel structures and structural repairs
  • Facilities maintenance including building trades & plumbing work, plant buildings walling & roofing repairs & resheeting, minor civil works, and grounds & surrounds maintenance
  • Supervise the day-to-day management of building and facilities maintenance activities, including planning, organizing, execution and review of maintenance and improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade qualifications (Fitting and Machining or Engineering Fabrication) preferably with an Advanced Diploma Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Degree
  • Experience working in a similar industry within Mechanical, Structural or Facility Maintenance, with a focus on defect elimination
  • A commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
