Account Manager Position

This exciting opportunity allows you to develop your career as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts and building a strong business foundation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: You will meet with customers daily to capture business opportunities and create value in accounts through long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Time and Territory Management: You will create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  • Hilti Brand Representation: You will carry the technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  • Progress Tracking: You will utilize Salesforce to record all interactions made to make a sale, as reporting is a key part of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in any customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently are necessary skills.
  • A hands-on attitude, time management, planning, and prioritization skills are required.
  • Maintaining a valid full driver's license is mandatory, as you will be provided with a company car.
  • Engineering qualification or construction industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
