
Learning & Development Specialist

We currently have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist. Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in overseeing the design, coordination, and evaluation of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs that align with contractual, safety, and operational requirements.
What You'll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead development of training needs analysis and associated manual
- Establish and maintain training registers and compliance tracking systems
- Oversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programs
- Create and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources
- Implement 3-month compliance and training check process
- Establish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic review
Proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex, operational environment.
Experience developing and executing training strategies, induction programs, and compliance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including with RTOs and industry bodies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and training documentation.
