The role involves supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Concierge desk, performing duties such as booking tours, transfers, and restaurant reservations. With a strong focus on attention to detail and genuine hospitality, you will help create seamless and memorable experiences for every guest.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a personalised and engaging level of service to all guests, recognising and attending to individual needs
  • Assist with daily Concierge operations, including booking tours, transfers, and reservations
  • Maintain current knowledge of local attractions
  • Support the overall Front Office operation, including check-in/check-out and pre-arrival contact
  • Ensure accurate handling of financial transactions and adherence to cashiering procedures
  • Participate in team briefings and training, and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a hotel lobby role, with at least 2 years preferably spent at a Concierge desk
  • Experience with dealing with high-level guests
  • Perth local knowledge is desirable
