
Exceptional Guest Experience Specialist

As a Guest Service Agent, you are the face of our hotel and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for providing warm welcomes, addressing guests' needs, and ensuring seamless transactions.
Our ideal candidate is a people-person with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) systems, it's a plus.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to guests' queries and concerns.
- Process transactions efficiently, manage payments, and handle guest bookings.
- Stay ahead of guests' needs, anticipating requests and offering personalized recommendations.
- Be the trusted contact for guests, assisting with issues and providing valuable insights.
- Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in the local language.
- Literate and tech-savvy, with basic math and computer skills.
