Drive capability development and maximize workforce performance as a key member of our team.

This strategic role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions that meet user requirements and address performance gaps effectively. Collaborating closely with business leaders, functional teams, and employees will be crucial in identifying performance gaps, designing customized solutions, and implementing strategies to enhance individual and team capabilities.

To succeed in this position, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a proven track record in designing and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives.

A Cert IV Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification is essential, along with 5+ years of experience in performance consulting, capability development, or related fields. Knowledge of learning and development methodologies, adult learning principles, instructional design, and product management practices will also be highly valued.
