Job Overview

This is a fixed-term role to support our portfolio management activities, working in our Sydney CBD office. Our hybrid model offers 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support team projects and activities, coordinating tasks with various stakeholders.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain contracts, contract signing, and ensure database accuracy.
  • Coordinate SharePoint systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage team management systems with up-to-date inputs.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Design presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate workshops, training, and events.
  • Support property-related tasks, including acquisitions, transactions, and land title records.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant as required.
About You
  • You have experience in a similar asset management role or portfolio management.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong organisational skills with a systematic approach.
  • You can coordinate multiple tasks and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • You have high-level capability with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • You can support teams across various levels and disciplines.
  • You have experience developing and managing SharePoint sites and creating professional presentations.
  • You possess skills in researching and supporting systems solutions.
