We are excited to offer a brand new opportunity to join our Finance Team as a Fixed Assets Assistant servicing both Parramatta Leagues Club and the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Team.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

Your duties and skills will include but are not limited to: *
- Maintenance and upkeep of asset register, including identification, recording and disposal of assets
- Undertake audit of fixed asset register
- Timely capitalisation of capital projects which involves reconciliation and reporting of capital work in progress
- Supporting the Finance team with End of Month data and reporting

**About You**
- 3 years of relevant experience in a shared services finance function within a similarly sized organisation
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification or studying towards is preferred
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of fixed asset register and general ledger accounts
- Strong skillset across the MS Office Suite and databases
- Exceptional attention to detail, adaptable to changing priorities and ability to problem solve
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
