Job Title: Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Team as an Asset Management Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional financial support services and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and upkeep of asset register, including identification, recording and disposal of assets
  • Undertake audit of fixed asset register
  • Timely capitalisation of capital projects which involves reconciliation and reporting of capital work in progress
  • Supporting the Finance team with End of Month data and reporting

About You:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in a shared services finance function within a similarly sized organisation
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification or studying towards is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of fixed asset register and general ledger accounts
  • Strong skillset across the MS Office Suite and databases
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adaptable to changing priorities and ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
