Job Overview

A seasoned Financial Strategist is required to drive commercial growth and profitability for a rapidly expanding SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue
  • Provide financial guidance on pricing, product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across departments
  • Deliver in-depth reporting packs with executive commentary
  • Develop dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and investment decisions
  • Analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV and NRR
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess campaign ROI and customer acquisition efficiency
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, tech or subscription-based business models highly desirable
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability with BI tools and dashboard creation
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to senior leaders
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for data-driven strategy
