Job Title: Business Finance Strategist

As a commercially astute and strategically driven finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting the development of robust financial plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with executives and senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic and operational plans through impactful reporting, analysis, and financial insights
  • You will deliver insightful analysis, reporting, and commentary to highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities
  • You will collaborate with the head of commercial finance to develop and refine medium-term plans that align with group and channel strategies for retail, wholesale, and customer & digital

Key Capabilities:

  • You have proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role ideally in a retail environment
  • You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills
  • You are CA/CPA qualified
  • You have strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data in ways that are effective and readily understood
