About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Lead to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our finance function, you will collaborate with our ANZ leaders and field sales organization to drive the expansion of our financial solutions in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Driving the growth of our financial solutions in ANZ through strategic positioning
  • Establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support your efforts
  • Working closely with finance teams and CFOs to develop business-driven solutions
  • Leading executive relationships and conducting business discussions with CFOs

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with deep financial expertise and knowledge of the ANZ market. You should have experience working with finance teams and CFOs, as well as a strong understanding of the challenges faced by finance functions today.

We Need From You:

  • Deep financial expertise and experience working with finance teams and CFOs
  • A relevant ANZ market understanding to support market development and pipeline generation activities
  • An appreciation of the finance function's current landscape and its associated challenges
  • Confidence in developing and leading executive relationships

Core Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CA preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience working within finance and/or with finance executives
  • Experience with finance transformation (preferably in a consulting role)
  • Prior SaaS/Cloud experience (preferred not essential)
