- Client Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor to key utilities and power developers, aligning HDR's capabilities with their needs.
- Business Development: Lead major pursuits and campaigns, develop winning strategies, and guide proposal efforts that reflect deep client insight.
- Market Strategy: Collaborate with market and operations leadership to define and execute regional strategic plans.
- Skill Maturation: Support the growth of business development skills across teams, fostering a culture of client focus and strategic thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the power market, with a strong track record in client development and strategic leadership.
- Proven success in leading major business development efforts and building long-term client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the Northeast energy market.
