Power Line Management Specialist

Responsibilities include leading projects, programs, and teams through the entire life cycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, power line engineering, and leadership.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
- Directing and mentoring a team of engineers, coordinators, designers, and administrative staff.
- Providing oversight of workload, schedule, quality, utilization, morale, and performance.
- Overseeing non-engineering components of projects, such as public engagement, agency engagement, permitting, right of way acquisition, and construction management.
A bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or related field, is required. A minimum of 2 years of project management experience is also necessary.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
