Job Title: Northeast Region Power Sector Business Development Leader.

The Power Sector Business Development Leader is a key role in the company, responsible for leading client engagement, business development and strategic growth across the dynamic and evolving energy landscape of the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Strategic Growth: Drive the company's market share and revenue growth across the Northeast Region.
  • Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to key utilities and power developers, understanding their goals and aligning the company's capabilities to meet their needs.
  • Drive Business Development: Lead major pursuits and campaigns, develop winning strategies and guide proposal efforts that reflect deep client insight.
  • Shape Market Strategy: Collaborate with market and operations leadership to define and execute regional strategic plans.
  • Mentor and Train: Support the maturation of business development skills across teams, fostering a culture of client focus and strategic thinking.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, business, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the power market, with a strong track record in client development and strategic leadership.
  • Proven success in leading major business development efforts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the Northeast energy market.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
