The Firm & The Role

A leading Australian mid-tier law firm is seeking an experienced general Commercial/Corporate Litigator. You will take on a diverse caseload ranging from complex, large-value commercial disputes to insolvency matters. Your expertise in drafting court documents, identifying key issues, and briefing counsel will be essential to success.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years PAE exclusively in general Commercial/Corporate Litigation
- Excellent interpersonal skills: strong plain English communication skills, ability to function autonomously and in a team, ability to take directives and implement constructive feedback
- Detail-oriented and committed to your work
