Job Description

A key leadership role is available for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to drive commercial growth, accelerate business expansion, and deliver exceptional results.

This strategic position reports directly to the CEO and requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent networking skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of driving business growth through innovative strategies, collaboration, and execution.
  • Strong commercial competence, including advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing high-impact bid management and proposal development processes.
  2. Leading and mentoring a team of commercial professionals to achieve business goals and objectives.
  3. Partnering with Marketing to create demand generation and top-of-funnel activities aligned with market opportunities.
  4. Aligning the People Strategy with business goals, including goal setting, talent development, and remuneration planning.
  5. Driving operational excellence through data-driven decision making and the effective use of Aon digital tools.
  6. Championing a growth mindset, innovation, and customer-centricity across the organization.
  7. Ensuring growth activities meet regulatory requirements and Aon standards.
