This strategic position reports directly to the CEO and requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent networking skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Strong commercial competence, including advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing high-impact bid management and proposal development processes.
- Leading and mentoring a team of commercial professionals to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Partnering with Marketing to create demand generation and top-of-funnel activities aligned with market opportunities.
- Aligning the People Strategy with business goals, including goal setting, talent development, and remuneration planning.
- Driving operational excellence through data-driven decision making and the effective use of Aon digital tools.
- Championing a growth mindset, innovation, and customer-centricity across the organization.
- Ensuring growth activities meet regulatory requirements and Aon standards.
