  • Work with customers to resolve outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans

  • Negotiate payments of outstanding debts and arrange suitable payment plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service through building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in debt recovery/collections/credit management is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Excel is required for data analysis and reconciliation
  • Ability to build rapport with commercial clients and resolve customer enquiries efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions:

The role involves working from home and office, with expected working hours from Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
