Programmatic Advertising Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for all operational tasks and data analyses for Brands, Buyers, Agencies, and Consultancies who leverage our ad technology and services for transacting their brand's campaigns via person-to-person interactions with all aspects of the pre and post-sale process of a premium programmatic transaction.
Your responsibilities will include building premium inventory & data segments, creation of contextual and data-driven audience packages along with the creation of PMP deals within the platform, managing deals and reporting, troubleshooting, yield & performance opportunities, optimizations, and post-campaign performance wrap-ups.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to have 3-5 years of working experience directly involved in deal creation, and/or deal operations. You should also possess effective time management skills, strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
A strategic mindset with the ability to look for opportunities for improvements and to sustain rapid changes is essential. Additionally, you should have advanced MS Excel skills, including the ability to draw insights from large datasets, use of pivot tables, formulas, etc.
