Job Title: Account Manager

Bradken is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Adelaide.

Job Summary:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and margins of the region and the growth of Bradken Mineral Processing sales in a manner consistent with achieving the Business Unit's vision, mission, values, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer engagement plan for each client within the region via Salesforce.
  • Assess the current market position through report data, report on performance against budget and benchmark objectives, and contribute to the formulation of regional growth plans.
  • Collaborate and foster relationships with manufacturing teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through product and technical development.
  • Work closely with the Sales Support coordinators to manage priorities to best meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Technical trade background or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering is desirable with additional emphasis on sales management and marketing.
  • Professional experience in Customer Management is desirable.
  • Sales ability to incorporate marketing techniques and implement strategic initiatives, operating plans, and budgets will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated years of experience in Mining or associated markets.
