About the Role

The Senior Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of four key national accounts for a top-tier global law firm. This is a client-facing account management role that requires significant previous experience in client development and growth.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development for Australia, the successful candidate will work closely with key client relationship partners to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client-facing account management, a client-led mindset, and credibility to advise partners from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of four key national accounts
  • Work closely with key client relationship partners
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for each account
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
