Freezer Hands – Forklift Operators

Beresfield, NSW | Ongoing Roles | Multiple Shifts Available

APG Workforce is partnering with a leading national manufacturer of ready-to-eat poultry products to recruit Freezer Hands with a current forklift licence for their busy Distribution Team in Beresfield.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work in a small, supportive team handling picking, palletising, forklift driving, and loading in a refrigerated environment. You'll enjoy ongoing, consistent shifts with opportunities for overtime, plus the potential for permanent employment.

Your Duties

  • Picking and palletising orders
  • High reach forklift operation
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Manual handling and lifting of frozen goods (up to 20kg)
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work area in a refrigerated environment

Shift Times

  • Day: 6:10am start (5–6 days/week)
  • Mid: 10:00am start (5 days/week)
  • Afternoon: 2:40pm start (5–6 days/week)
  • Night: 10:00pm start (5–6 days/week)

    Day & afternoon shifts include every second Saturday.

What We're Looking For

  • Current forklift licence with high reach experience
  • Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Own car and driver's licence
  • Must meet biosecurity requirements – no birds, pigs, or poultry at home
