Workforce Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workforce Planning Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating effective planning and schedules to support operational teams in delivering on their objectives.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating team routines, training sessions, and events to ensure minimal disruption to service delivery. You will also monitor and adjust schedules proactively to respond to changing business demands, leave requests, and unforeseen absences.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in administration or planning, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
