Key Responsibilities
  • Audit User Access: Regularly review user access and system setups to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Analyse Call Data: Examine call data and reports to identify trends and support performance improvements.
  • Manage Mailbox Requests: Timely and accurately respond to mailbox requests within SLA.
  • Share Knowledge: Maintain documentation and support team development and coaching.
