Casual Workforce Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our dynamic Workforce Team and help ensure the smooth operation of our services nationwide.
About the Role- Create and maintain operational rosters, balancing customer needs with financial and award requirements.
- Manage leave and temporary shift changes, engaging agencies when necessary.
- Respond to phone and email queries around rostering with empathy and accuracy.
- Identify rostering gaps and develop practical solutions.
- Contribute to improving systems, culture, and processes in a fast-paced support environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and outcome-focused team.
Your Skills and Experience- A natural problem solver with excellent analytical skills and a passion for making things work under pressure.
- Experience in 24/7 rostering or resourcing roles, preferably with knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and strong organizational skills.
- Bonus if you've used Emplive, Whispir, or Genesys.
